This notice explains what Retention Open collects, why, and what you can do about it. Retention Open is organised by Chronos Digital Pte. Ltd. (22 Sin Ming Lane, #06-76 Midview City, Singapore), trading as Chronos ("we"). Contact us at hello@retentionopen.com.

What we collect

• When you join the waitlist: your email address, the date you signed up, and how you found us (for example, the link or campaign you came from).
• When you enter: your name, contact details, your alias and your entry. We'll tell you what the entry form asks for before you fill it in.
• When you visit the site: anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics. We don't use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

• To email you about Retention Open: when entries open, deadlines and results.
• To run and judge the competition, pay prizes and organise the live final.
• Hiring: if you reach the shortlist, we may share your details and entry with Chronos and with competition sponsors that are hiring. We only do this because you agreed to it when you signed up.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the competition, including Klaviyo (email), Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics) and form and spreadsheet tools for entries and judging. They process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and entry data for as long as Retention Open is running, or until you ask us to delete it. We keep payment records for as long as the law requires.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email with one click.
• Ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent to hiring use, by emailing hello@retentionopen.com.
• We don't sell your personal data.
